Did you know it's pretty normal to have ambiguous and changing, even sometimes negative feelings about the people you love and care about and still love and care about them? It's actually quite healthy and okay, of course so long as you aren't punishing or abusing or trying to control someone for the things you don't necessarily like about them. Making space for complexity and nuance in our relationships and friendships is an important part of growing and healing from trauma :)
