If your software is over 20 years old and still being actively maintained and used, you've got to be doing something right...
@ti I was surprised, but some people are actually still using something I wrote that long ago.
It's a bittersweet feeling though, it feeds the ego somewhat, but it also means that some people are stuck in the past.
@h I can imagine, I get quite the thrill just getting a pull request merged, validation is always nice. At least with libre software they have the option to maintain it them selves even after you are done with it.
