@_paulhg_ @tbeckett Cool! Me too. Here's my crazy idea: http://kdsch.org/blog/isp-coop.html I don't consider the page to be very useful, but if you're just beginning to think about a cooperative ISP it might be stimulating.
Finding local people who know about telecom has been a challenge for me.
@tbeckett I would want end users to have a stake as well as employees but admittedly I know very little on the subject.
