Related to the post I just boosted: to all the "stop politicizing tragedies" people: if I ever get shot in a mass shooting, die in a climate related disaster, get hit by a car on my bike, etc. I give everyone permission to politicize my death (and thereby give it some modicum of meaning).

Anyways, rant over now. Sorry for the negativity.

I just noticed another folder that had the same issue (all feeds just gone, I hadn't been receiving updates for a while) but it was one I read less often so I deleted it. This removed the folder, then the folder re-appeared with all the feeds in it. I know I complain about this a lot, but between this and how unbelievably slow every action in Nextcloud is I really don't understand why anyone uses it or why I keep giving it another shot at peoples insistence.

Like everything in Nextcloud, turns out the RSS feed reader is just garbage. Todays new issue is that it just deleted all feeds out of one of my folders (this after already having one feed that just doesn't show up anywhere except in new items and therefore it can't be unsubscribed from). Suggestions for alternative feed readers welcomed, I'm sick of this.

I just got back from touring a co-housing neighborhood and I think I might be in love. I assume that I wouldn't be able to afford to buy in it, and going back to renting would be a bad financial decision now that I'm a broke bicycle mechanic, but I'm seriously considering it if anything opens up. Then again, moving is the worst thing, so maybe that will keep me in one place for a few more years.
