@ryan well, i was asking for the word but i'd also enjoy examples, especially on the computing side.

@redoak I mainly hear and say "unscalable" at work for that. my fave personal example was when I worked on a cloud thing, and I had to personally run 45 minutes of commands every time a user signed up. luckily it never got out of closed beta!
