@redoak the simple/basic thing that *really* gets to me if I think about it too hard is that, like, there are still plenty of human beings who think it's perfectly fine to throw garbage out of their car windows

@thermous if it makes you feel any better there's also guys like me who teach our kids to make sure to pick up a little trash any time we're at the playground, and keep extra ziplocs in the hiking pack so we can leave the trail cleaner than we found it.
