I just saw news that two students have been confirmed to work on the #Cuneiform Digital Library Initiative (CDLI) under the auspices of the Google Summer of Code. They'll reportedly be working on "automated semantic role labeling for the #Sumerian language," as well as the management and display of temporal data drawn from cuneiform texts.
