You know what I strangely remember from like 2nd or 3rd grade its that at some point we had a whole class lesson on identifying brands and what they're called like Ford and McDonald's n shit like that what sort of capitalist dystopia did I experience

Finally switched to Debian/Gnome after using macOS for years, and I gotta say I'm impressed. So far everything just works, all the apps I use are available, l haven't ran into any issues with getting stuff like WIFI or sleep working.

Overall, I have to say that Linux on the desktop has come a very long way since I last tried it. Feels nice to be back on an open source OS again. :)

my mechanic keeps the wifi off on his phone because he's trying to avoid fake WiFi networks that will steal all the info off his phone. I had to resist the urge to say "my dude, let me tell you about fake cell towers..."
