So, I got the official diagnosis today. Doesn't tell me anything I didn't know, but nice to have it official. #actuallyautistic
Also a real learning experience in how fucked up #autism diagnosis actually is. In addition to the issue I mentioned previous--psych wouldn't even discuss autism until I told him how a diagnosis would benefit me (WTF!?), the diagnostic criteria are messed up.

@muninn @jessmahler This is part of why I created the "Open Psychology Project." There are a number of different projects that are designed to "help people" but because of the way that the whole mental health system is based on the idea that "coming up with an idea" means you should "protect yourself from bad actors" has meant that even stuff that *claims* to be accessible genuinely isn't.
I don't really know what the status of "bullet journal" is regarding this
