One of the ways I finally got a morning routine to stick was by adding "behavioral reinforcers." Some were kinda obvious, like pairing it with tea, and having a chocolate after.

However, I also thought that a visual representation of my effort would be good. So I decided to separate light & dark beads mixed in a jar, one bead per sit.

Yesterday, on New Year's Day, I placed the 90th & final bead into its bowl for the first time. This is what 90 meditation sessions looks like.
