A quick 10 min guided body scan this morning. Sometimes it's easier to do body scans than focus on my breath when monkey mind is in full effect as it has been lately. I really need to start following my news and social media diet again, free feeding on conflict is not helping my reactivity at all. I hope to make it to the temple for a full hour of zazen + kinhin this evening. #DailyMeds
