@sorrawan I do, though choice of tracking apps is probably pretty individual. Some people will look at the graphs and say "oh, hm, that makes sense!" and others won't - the best app is whichever one keeps a person coming back to fill in their info and peruse the data such that they start learning their patterns.

But, eMoods is quite full featured and developed by one guy with bipolar himself. So that's good!

@sorrawan I use three apps right now - eMoods and another highly customizable tracker which together track mental state, physical state, and meds; and a wonderful habit tracker called Loop Habits which is encourages me as I try to start like 10 good life changing habits in the middle of all this.

If I can ever get myself stable my goal is to build a tracking app which takes the best of all worlds and adds predictive capabilities.

One good thing to note while this is somewhat new to me, based on prior experience, I know it will pass.

Or well, I have strong reason to believe it will pass.

But what if it doesn't?

#Bipolar is a progressive brain disease. That's a fact. The longer it's not held in remission the more the brain appears to be damaged. Plus I have a gene variant associated with Alzheimers.

Am I coming back from every episode a little dimmer?
