@richdecibels I recently read something very good on the open accounting regime in Enspiral. Came from a link in something you wrote? But can't remember where it was - that braincell died already 😞 Any suggestions?

@richdecibels @Matt_Noyes @emi @Antanicus The thing I'd read on open accounting in Enspiral wasn't rich or alanna but Pazaitis Bauwens & Kostakis 2017, 'Digital economy & the rise of open cooperativism' journals.sagepub.com/doi/pdf/1

Relates to our discussion on roles in coops and multistakeholder vs worker coops. Pivot of the article is the core thing - creating through radical platform cooperativism. D'you think social.coop in future is going to be about livelihood?

@mike_hales @Antanicus @emi @Matt_Noyes FWIW I think the best livelihood recipe we found at Enspiral is: big community of folks with shared values (100-300 ppl), as a "dating pool" for finding co-owners for small tight high trust income-sharing freelancer pods (3-6ppl).

mike_hales @mike_hales

@richdecibels @Matt_Noyes @emi @Antanicus .coop as dating pool for ??

The instance as just one pod?

So - what may the others be? An instance of .li? Data analytics brought from back office extractive surplus value (Facebook fashion) to shopfront generative added-usevalue: mapping our own community/networking/traffic to ourselves? Who in opensource world is hot on community analytics?

FairCoop is doing something like that:
statistics.fairplayground.info
map.fairplayground.info/

This is an older app that we intend to rebuild using either ActivityPub or Holochain.

MutualAidNetworks want to round trip their locecon analytics with their operational data.
