Unfortunately I’m going to have to postpone the rest of this once I get to Pensacola today, because I’m pretty sure things are about to get really crazy and I expect it to become difficult to find places to stay and maybe even food.

Atlanta has received an unreal amount of rainfall the past couple months. Yesterday I passed by the lake that the river through Atlanta feeds into. These are pictures of the dam that created the lake from the river that flows out (currently overflowing) and from the side. A fisherman I talked to at the dam said he thought the water had been up almost 20 feet and was finally going down. A campground I contacted a couple days ago said their sites were underwater.
