Hey coffee drinkers! Anyone know of affordable but still fairly produced coffee? Struggling trying to buy ethical products while sticking to a budget

@michaelafisher If you're willing to get into home roasting, you might find it easier to keep things ethical and affordable at the same time. Green coffee is $5-7/lb, and when you roast it yourself, it is extremely fresh.

There are a lot of cooperative coffee farms around the world. I always get beans from Sweet Maria's; I've never tried another supplier. They don't really promote themselves as ethical, probably because they realize that the ethics of coffee production is pretty complex. But ..
