There is literally a book called 'How to blow up a pipeline' that espouses that idea. They even turned it into an action film!

@ideogram I don't know the book didn't get enough into the actual details of blowing up a pipeline, more just the justifications. I like it though, good read
But it never advances the idea of guerilla war, and I'm definitely not suggesting that should happen, or even saying it never gets said as a way to say it without saying it. I would never say that

Indeed, the title is a bit misleading but it makes a strong case for non lethal destruction of fossil fuel infrastructure. I can't imagine a book or anyone calling for guerrilla war against deadly industries would get published, or not get a visit from their local branch of the anti terror security force.
