Serious question: at what point do we recognize that Republicans have been enacting a slow-motion coup giving them disproportionate representation in Congress and preventing the federal government from functioning as intended?
And then what do we do about it?
I really don't believe we can fix this within the current Constitutional framework. We need a genuinely representative federal government; that means doing away with state-based representation (i.e., the Senate) and the Electoral College for starters.
