@h @bgcarlisle In the US, that won't work, intellectual property protection is explicitly a power spelled out in the Constitution.

However, an angle to attack it is whether it advances the useful arts and sciences, as that's the basis for the constitutionality of copyright and patent law in the US. If you can prove that it doesn't advance them, or better, impedes them...
