Trying to enable writing to the Agora of Flancia from the Fediverse :)

@neil very simple and the dump looks a bit clunky for now, but I'm happy it's here :)
If you want to opt in, use wikilinks [[push]] or [[opt in]]. To opt out, 'no push' or 'opt out' (this is flimsy but it works for now).
@neil next up: the writes should go through the Agora API instead of directly to disk, probably; this way we can write per-user streams to independent git repos.
@neil we could also just keep writing to disk and have a streams2git script running in a loop (to put it simply), but I think using the API makes sense as it'll unlock easy-ish consistent writing from arbitrary sources.
