If you use [[wikilinks]] in social media, that's it -- that's all it takes to be [[an agora]] user.
Follow @an_agora on Twitter and @agora on Mastodon and [[wait]] :)
@flancian is there a way to configure if it also picks up your hashtags or not?
Ah - just checked https://anagora.org/hashtags and think that means a request to you is necessary to opt out of posts with hashtags also being added?
@dazinism thank you for your question!
1. twitter has support for programmatic [[opt out]], mastodon yet doesn't but while I work on it (shouldn't be hard to add, but ideally I'd like to do a refactor first)
2. while I work on it I'm happy to add people to the clunky denylist :)
What I'm trying to do on an architectural level is to use the [[agora]] itself as a simple store for user preferences. The Agora has the commitment to give every user that is interested their data in the shape of a claimable repository.
@dazinism hello from the future! :D
I've added support for opting out of [[Agora bot]] hashtag handling; you just need to mention the node [[opt out]] once. Simple but hopefully it should work; I'll document it in the Bot's profile.
