Does anyone have a working solution to save information on all vscode open editors to a file? I tried [[tab groups]] but it keeps hanging on me while trying to, well, save a group.
OK, after trying several extensions that just plain didn't work for me (one hanged; one saved only like 20% of the tabs and dropped the rest silently) I found one that works: [[save editors layout]]. It saves the complete layout, even better!

Next up: try to get [[foam]] not to hang multiple seconds when adding wikilinks :)
Honestly about 20% of the time I spend with computers (and I spend a lot of time with computers) seems to go towards managing bugs in general and more specifically the fact that programs tend to blow up on my face, perhaps because I never close tabs or editors.
