I want to find this organization: like the [[un]], but peer to peer -- meaning as done directly by people worldwide that agree to participate on well-defined, well-reasoned, [[pro social]] projects online.

What this organization could do: well, try to help the UN. The [[un goals for 2030]] are pretty great. We can lend a hand perhaps, using our free time on the internet and any other resources we have of value.
