i will add my own processes into the mix now -- i engaged my former partner and employer in #transformativejustice processes over the last ~18 months. it took A LOT of work by A LOT of people and it kind of succeeded. we called it a few weeks ago.
i'm quite vulnerable in this piece and have already somewhat regretted releasing it because now people know my business (i hate that), but what's done is done. i hope it helps. ❤️

I'm working on authoring more reflections on subtopics, as well as releasing all the "technical" stuff we developed.
i still think #transformativejustice is a way to build better worlds, but it is hard and - frankly - requires that you've access to some already well built worlds (i.e. social, financial, political resources) to make it work.
it took me years to build up sufficient resources/worlds after the alienation/isolation. i want others to have access sooner.
