Are there any organizations publishing lists of current newspapers and magazines and their track record on disinformation, bias, and/or selective reporting?

It's gotten *really* hard to keep track of which formerly reputable publications have turned into propaganda outlets, which ones merely have strong political slants, and whether there are any that can still be trusted for basic reporting.
I feel like NPR and The Guardian are still mostly okay?
