Theres a whole load of groups (including #socialcoop where I post this from) that have performed pretty much all of their governance activities online.

At social.coop we've used a whole load of tools to do this - Loomio, Gitlab, Big Blue Button, Matrix, etc. etc.

Nice socialhub thread. Be interesting to see that work progress. Been 5 years on Hubzilla, Friendica 5 before, I've some familiarity with federated groups. Looks like new zot group stuffs in Zap
