Shower thought on #CoSo: if all the insufferable neolibs want to self-segregate into a single instance for easy muting, they're just doing us a favor. No decent human being would see their arguably racist blocking policy (and emojo) and want to stick around
@amylsacks with the emphasis on protecting them from "foreign government trolls," I bet the appeal is the same motivation that drives the "war on Christmas" hysteria: a position of extreme privilege generates a persecution complex. It's like they want to own everything, so they get jealous that other groups get to hog all the compassion for suffering

One thing I don't get: they already own most of the not-openly-RW blogverse: Kos and DU and the rest. I wonder why they're not satisfied with that. I guess those venues just don't have cache they once did?
