Tools and spaces to create a positive architecture of participation http://dougbelshaw.com/blog/2017/11/03/tools-spaces-participation/
@dajbelshaw This was great. It puts into words what Drutopia is doing well and what we can improve upon.
The Kanban board is the one we struggle with the most. We use GitLab for issue tracking and it works great for us elbow-deep in the work, but does not give a good high level overview of what we're doing. I've been looking at WeKan with some interest to provide an easier snapshot of where the project is for folks.
@clayton Thanks! :)
I know some organisations use JIRA and, given that Atlassian acquired Trello, there's a handy integration between the two.
Like you, though, I prefer my open-source tech. At the end of the day, it's all about workflows and clear processes, no matter what you use (which is why I was tool-agnostic in the post!)
