Help I have to use these apples from my tree before they rot! 😭 they're all hail damaged, and I don't have space in my refrigerator to preserve them 😭😭😭

I'm rinsing them and planning to make apple butter, but I'm just one man. What uses a shitton of apples and doesn't require peeling?

Apple sauce uses lots of apples and does not require peeling (but does require removing the core and cutting a bit). And you can freeze it in jars for winter.

And if you were lucky enuf to have a neighbor with a apple juice press, you could make juice (with whole washed apples) and later hard cider.

Given your bountiful tree, you might even want to invest in an apple juice press...
