Musician, academic here. Most importantly for this place, I sit on the board of directors for my housing co-op and have put a considerable amount of thought into the housing co-op model over the last year or so. It's how I can afford, as an artist, to stay in Toronto. Wisdom across the housing co-op sector is a huge part of how I can help make my home co-op better, and I look forward to dipping my toes into this space.

@aurochs That's awesome. I lived in a housing co-op in Kitchener for a couple of years - it was my first introduction to a true community where everyone contributed what they could afford in terms of time as well as money!
