Like @maloki I'm writing a journal. I started recently to support my mental health during this strange time. Juggling a change of careers and childcare has been a challenge. I've used journaling for reflection, to find areas of stuckness. Mainly this has been helpful in changing my mindset from being a low paid employee to being a freelancer.
@adar It's amazing to me the way writing can be a tool for reflection and changing our lives. I hope this continues to help you both find better mindsets and also to actively find better situations.
