However, this isn't over. The second moral might just be: It's not a good idea to fire employees for discussing organizing in CA.

@Steve Notice the company outsourced instead of looking for replacements in the SF area? That's for two reasons:
1. Finding that many qualified devs in the SF area is nearly impossible these days. They're all employed, probably at better companies.
2. That company's name is now mud. Any engineer with options (see #1) will certainly factor this action and the subsequent lawsuit in their decision.
Which means the company itself is doomed. Outsourcing almost never yields positive results.
