@StevenSaus Of course that article ignores what's obvious to workers: once the pandemic hit & employers were letting employees go at the drop of a hat, those former employees realized that the job security they thought they had doesn't exist. That's the one reason why they put up with bad managers.

Now that the pandemic has exposed this workers are less likely to put up with bad managers & starvation wages. But I don't expect a publication like Bloomberg to get that.
