#Nextcloud does all the things you list, on mobile too, and really quite well.
Is opensource, has big user base & has very active development. Loads of powerful features being added/improved/integrated. Eg. Conference calls, collaborative document editing etc.
There are #coop/coop sympathetic providers. Also free providers.
Check out disroot.org (they've got great nextcloud tutorials) also have other services that share the same log-in
