Just saw that an old High School classmate, Walter Schweitzer, is a #MontanaFarmersUnion leader and helped start a new co-op for mobile meat processing -- a way to get out from under the multinational corporations that run and exploit the food supply. Now, if they can facilitate the creation of a workers cooperative for the people doing the work...
@Matt_Noyes This is the way we need to go, and finally finally the regulatory glacier is starting to move a little. There is so much upside to mobile/local processing (for people and animals too)!
