They do crowd-funding of solar panel installation loans. I invested some money in a loan for an affordable hosing project in San Bruno to install solar back in 2013. Getting my 4.5% yield and feel good points.
There haven't been any other investment opportunities that I can see. Have you been able to invest in more projects?
