British people will whine about a kid using the word "color" online as an example of evil americanization of their culture, but not bat an eyelid that every new housing development in their country is car-dependent american-style suburban sprawl.

@GiacomoSansoni People naturally pick up the text and speech patterns of those they're communicating with, interfering with that process and taking your frustration out on a random kid makes you no better than the French Academy dinosaurs who are determined that their language never change
or how about this: working class dialects are dying all over the country due to the housing crisis displacing people
