It reminds me of when the city of Denver installed surveillance cameras all around downtown when they got 50 mil to prepare for the DNC protests. On Easter we had a camera hunt and whichever group found the most won a prize.
The results were mapped so people knew where they all were.
My son was six at the time and got so good at spotting them. It was a skill that's lasted his whol life. 
Looks like a scam from Salesforce; any idiot who doesn't understand how facial recognition technology works might fall for this scam. Heroku is EVIL.
