Here's an exploratory thought that could appeal particularly to all us coop people here.... My adaptation of the ICA principles to apply to interpersonal relationships:
> Each individual in a co-operative relationship is autonomous, and responsible for their own well-being, and the management of assets in their own personal sphere of control
This part is a bit weak, in my opinion, as it could be interpreted as a way to offload the responsibility of not offending people onto them, as in "I'm responsible for what I said and not for what you understood", which is hardly in line with coop values.
